Last updated 25 June 2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of archisurance.com (the “Site”) and any content, documents, webinars, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Archisurance Pvt. Ltd. (“Archisurance,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the Site or using the Services you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and acting in a business capacity. 1.2 You agree not to: violate any applicable law or regulation; copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site; transmit malware, unsolicited advertising, or spam; misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity; use the Site to develop competing products or services.

2.1 All text, graphics, logos, videos, slide decks and code on the Site are the property of Archisurance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. 2.2 You may download or print content solely for internal business purposes, provided you retain all proprietary notices. No license is granted to modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. 2.3 “Archisurance,” the stylised “A” logo, AI Architecture, and related marks are trademarks of Archisurance. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

3.1 If you submit comments, questions, files or other data (“User Content”), you grant Archisurance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. 3.2 You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain confidential information you are not authorised to disclose.

The Site may link to or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom for webinars, HubSpot forms). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Access is at your own risk.

5.1 Informational Purposes Only – Content is provided “as is” for general information; it does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. 5.2 We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. 5.3 Your reliance on any content is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Archisurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or relating to the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed USD 500 or the amount you paid us for Services in the six months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Archisurance, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual-property or other rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice via email or banner. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
